Is the dolphinarium open?

Do you have to wear a mask?

A mouth mask is mandatory for visitors over 12 years of age in the following places:
– in the dolphinarium during the dolphin show
– in the souvenir shops
– in the reception
– in the indoor playground
– in queues
– on all attractions

In the park outside a mouth mask is recommended but not mandatory.

I bought online tickets or have a season pass, what now?

If you still have valid, unused winter tickets (valid until 1 April 2020), these will be extended. Details about this extension will be announced on our website as soon as possible.

If you have booked a program in the dolphinarium, we will contact you to reschedule the date. All programs have been cancelled until end of August.
We will contact you as soon as it is clear that Boudewijn Seapark and the programs can open. We will then look for a suitable solution together.

If you have purchased a season pass voucher online, you can activate it at our reception up to 1 month after the new opening date of the summer season. Your season pass will then take effect from that activation date, and not from the moment you purchased the voucher online.

If you already have a season pass, the expiration date will be prolonged. You can ask more details at our reception.

If you have already purchased tickets for the summer season (valid from 4 April 2020), they will remain valid until 27 September 2020 included. You can visit the park as soon as we are open again!
